Wisconsin DOC looking for inmate in area

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is seeking an inmate who walked away from the Lincoln County Jail.

19 year old Alexander Schultz was jailed July 24 for violating probation. He was released Wednesday by his agent to attend a sex offender treatment class and never returned. A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He has limited resources and is believed to be hiding in the Merrill area. Any information please call the Lincoln County Sheriff, or Crime Stoppers of Lincoln County.
