Local meetings tonight

There are a series of meetings taking place in the area throughout the day.

The Finance and Insurance Committee of Oneida County will meet at 9 and that meeting will be followed by their Board of Supervisors at 9:30. Both those meetings are in the Oneida County Courthouse.

The Nicolet Area Technical College District Board will meet at the University Transfer Center at 5. In Tomahawk, the Finance Committee will meet to discuss the 2012 budget at 5:15 in the council chambers.

Finally the Lincoln County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 at the Service Center in Merrill. On the agenda for that meeting are resolutions involving filling or creating a position in the DA department, Clerk of Courts Department, Infrastructure Engineer and a Lieutenant position in 911 supervision.
