Tomahawk man charged with Disorderly Conduct
Monday, October 24, 2011
The
forty one year old Tomahawk man arrested last Wednesday is being charged with
disorderly conduct.
Scott Hoffman was arrested
after law enforcement were called to a residence on Peaceful Valley Road with
reports of a 18 year old woman being held against her will. Eventually the
Lincoln and Oneida County Special Response Teams were called, and several hours
later both the man and woman emerged from the home.
According to the Lincoln
County release, the female denies being held against her will.
The disorderly conduct
charge stems from the disturbance which prompted the call. He was released on a
signature bond Thursday.
