Dental Front Office
Reilly Family Dental is looking to add a professional, customer service-oriented team member.
The Front Office Coordinator is the first contact for patients and visitors. Duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating records within the dental software, collecting payments, assisting patients in the check in process.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8am – 5pm, Wednesday 8am – noon, and Friday 7am to noon. We offer a competitive wage based on experience, PTO, and 401K.
Previous Dental experience is a plus. If you have strong communication/customer service skills, can multitask, have computer skills, and are proficient in using phone systems and office equipment we would like to hear from you.
